Public interest reporting desk
In accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act, the Ikeda Soka Gakkai General Incorporated Association (hereinafter referred to as the Society) has established a "Whistleblower Form" to handle whistleblowers and consultations (hereinafter referred to as "reports, etc.").
When making a report, please confirm the following items before using it.
1. Content of the report, etc.
We accept reports and consultations that inform of certain facts about organizational or individual violations of laws and regulations that have occurred or may occur within the Society.
2. Reception of reports, etc.
Receipts are accepted through the reception form on this page.
3. Notes (general)
(1) The Society will protect whistleblowers. We will not take disciplinary action, harassment, or any other detrimental treatment as a result of making a report.
(2) The Society will protect the privacy of whistleblowers. Information that identifies the whistleblowers will never be communicated outside the Society unless the whistleblowers have given their explicit consent in advance. The Society's staff are legally bound by confidentiality obligations.
(3) If a whistleblower or investigative collaborator wishes to remain anonymous, the Association will not inquire into the identity of the whistleblower or investigative collaborator.
(4) When making a report, please clarify the "reason why you believe the report to be harmful to the public interest."
(5) Anonymous reports will not be accepted.
